KEM-DP-FOT solves effectively all pre and post – combustion problems in middle distillates and heavy fuel oil.

KEM-DP-FOT is ideal for steam boilers and diesel engines.

In precombustion stage KEM-DP-FOT dissolves all existing sludge, emulsifies the water, inhibits corrosion on the system and keeps atomizers tips clean.

In post combustion stage, promotes the complete combustion of carbon resulting in a direct increase in combustion efficiency, retards the oxidation of sulfur dioxide to the corrosive sulfur trioxide, reduces deposits build-up and keeps engine and exhaust components cleaner giving longer service life.

KEM-DP-FOT is completely oil – soluble and can be added by a metering pump or added to the settling tank. The dosage depends upon the quality of the fuel to be treated.

As a general guide, initial dosage recommendation is 1 liter of KEM-DP-FOT for 2000 liters of heavy fuel oil. Further dosages down to 1:4000 may be adequate based on operating experience and results.
