LIQUID COAGULANT

Liquid blend of colloids for the conditioning of sludge.

LIQUID COAGULANT is a liquid mixture that contains high molecular weight compounds used in both medium and low-pressure boilers for preventing sludge deposits.

Applications

LIQUID COAGULANT is especially useful when feedwater becomes contaminated by oil, or when a high concentration of solids is suspected.

LIQUID COAGULANT coagulates all oil droplets and solids to the low points of the boiler where they are removed by blowdown.

Usage

LIQUID COAGULANT may be added directly to the boiler by means of a by-pass pot feeder or dissolved with other boiler treatment chemicals.

The usual daily dose is about 750 ml for boilers that have a capacity of 10 tons.

Depending on the capacity of the boiler, the dose may be increased or decreased.

It is recommended a daily flash blow down.

It is not necessary to check LIQUID COAGULANT.
